Spider bite

Paul was bitten by a spider... We were watching a movie, something tickled him on the cheek, he killed the spider. The next morning he had a pimple... And it grew to thisw... argh... In my room. Thank god he did not require any plastic surgery... or just plain surgery! He's getting better...
