Heaven and Earth

I finally went to the Catacombs in Paris. What a humbling experience. Millions and millions of human bones that become an architectural space. Human remains used as aesthetic pieces of an underground puzzle. It made me think of my projects with blood and skin.

Bones and skulls that remind us that we are nothing but that. WE are all the same.








Right after the Catacombs we chose to go to the Eiffel tower. What a contrast, amazing. In the same day we went to the lowest part of the city and the highest point of Paris. What a bipolar day...
